Fundamental Rights- Every person of the country has some rights to run his life process, which has been called Fundamental Rights.
Basically common man has 7 fundamental rights
The Constitution of India was prepared on 26 November 1949 and was adopted on the same day. The world’s largest written constitution ‘Indian Constitution’ was implemented on 26 January 1950 but it was accepted only on 26 November 1949. On 29 August 1947, the committee to draft the constitution was established, headed by Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, who is also known as the father of the Indian Constitution. Due to his tireless efforts, the Constitution of India came out in such a form, which was not only appreciated by everyone in India but also adopted by many other countries in the world. In 2015, in the 125th birth anniversary year of Dr. Ambedkar, it was decided to celebrate Constitution Day in the country for the first time on 26 November and the Constitution of India is the world’s largest written constitution, which came into force on 26 January 1950.

International Desk. Human rights mean the fundamental rights and freedoms to which all human beings are entitled. International Human Rights Day is celebrated every 10 December to strengthen the fight for these rights. The day began with the declaration at the United Nations General Assembly in 1950. In 1948, on 10 December, the United Nations General Assembly issued a Universal Declaration on Human Rights, which tells about the rights of human beings. Here we are going to tell only about those 30 rights issued in this manifesto, which people are often unaware of.
- All human beings are free and equal in terms of dignity and rights.
- Every person has been given all kinds of rights and freedoms without any discrimination. There can be no discrimination of any kind on things like caste, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, nationality, property, society.
- Every human being has the right to life, liberty and security.
- There is a right to freedom from any kind of slavery or slavery.
- Right to freedom from torture, torture and cruelty.
- Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law.
- Right to equal protection before the law.
- Right to approach the court for justice if any right is violated.
- No one can be arbitrarily arrested, placed under house arrest or expelled from the country.
- Right to a fair public hearing through an independent court.
- Right of a person to be innocent until proven guilty by the court.
- Right to privacy in one’s home, family, solitude and correspondence. Don’t interfere in that.
- Right to travel in other country along with freedom to travel in one’s own country
- Right to seek asylum in any other country.
- Right to citizenship of a particular nation.
- The right to marry and raise a family away from the barriers of caste, national, religion. Also,
the right to equality between men and women even after marriage.
- The right of every human being to own property.
- Right to freedom to profess any thought and religion.
- Every human being has the freedom of expression of thoughts. Also, there is a right to access information.
- The right to form associations, to be members of the association and to hold meetings.
- Right to participate in government formation activities and choose government.
- The right to social security as well as the right to economic, social and cultural rights.
- Everyone has the right to work, the right to equal payment for equal work without any discrimination. Along with this, they also have the right to join and form trade unions.
- Right to fixed working hours, paid and holidays.
- Human beings have the right to food, shelter, clothing, medical facilities and necessary social security. Along with this, they also have the right to live for themselves and their families with a
good standard of living.
- Everyone has the right to education. The same, primary education is compulsory for all.
- Everyone has the right to participate in cultural events and to protect intellectual property
- Every human being has the right to such a social and international order, which will ensure that this declaration is followed.
- Every human being has accountability to the community, which is essential for a democratic society.
- Nothing contained in this Declaration shall be interpreted as to imply that any nation, individual or group may engage in any act intended to infringe upon any liberty or right
